Romanian Minister Delegate for Energy
Constantin Niţă, the Romanian Minister delegate for Energy, is an MP representing BrasovCounty in the Chamber of Deputies since 2000.
As Minister Delegate for Energy, he coordinates the activities in the Romanian energy sector, aiming to generate growth within the system by: attracting new investors; developing strong local companies able to play a major role in the region; develop interconnections with the neighbor countries; actively involved in major infrastructure projects – Nabucco, AGRI; enforce the economic criteria for the state-owned companies.
With a PhD in Economy, between December 2008 and September 2009, Constantin Niţă served as Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce and Business Environment.
